Every detail was outstanding there, including staff and food. I got free upgrade and loved it. I had a fine bed for great sleep. Location just next door to Hanoi and Old Town.

I loved every detail here, including rooms and staff, that were high quality. Amazing view, a big balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Early check in and late check out. The whole experience was excellent.

superior and very clean hotel, the staff is accommodating. only 5 min walk to downtown. superior double room had a heating system, a mini-fridge-bar and a work desk, everything worked for us. we loved our 2 night stay.
